Explore your journey to wellness whether it’s fitness, weight loss, mental health, etc. Classes range from room temperature to heated sweaty 90+ degrees. All levels are welcomed: beginners to advanced. Injured to athletic. Pose and drill modifications are encouraged.

HAWTBOD!

80-90+ DEGREES

Looking for functional strength training, weight loss, or to tone up? We use kettle bells, resistance bands, & slam balls to get you to your goals. All drills may be done bodyweight w/o using weights. Move at your pace, be safe, learn, and adapt to the movement. For those on tight schedules, leave after 45 minutes, or stay for the finisher round. Use this class to compliment your yoga practice and/or other activities.

SLOW & STRONG

80-90+ DEGREES

It’s not all about power yoga flows all the time. Explore a deeper practice. A slower flow. More time in pose. This gives newer students more time to learn poses. Others managing injuries, more time to explore modifications. Athletic/ advanced students more time to explore variations. Yes, you can evolve your practice with this class.

DELICIOUSLY RESTORATIVE

Room temperature to 80 DEGREES

Just like Slow & Strong, incorporating a “recovery class” is a good move. Indulge in self-care/ work/ love. This class includes meditation, light movement, and breath work. Explore another option for a deeper practice. Props like lacrosse balls for myofascial release, blocks, bolsters are used.

Barre like yoga can have many meanings. Our take on barre includes elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and dance. Low impact and high rep counts. Modify with fewer reps and move at your pace. Similar to HAWTBOD!, gain strength and tone up. A tight 45 minutes.

The class that started it all. Experiential hot yoga flows that focus on strength & stability, focus & fortitude. “It’s like you’re in a movie, and you’re the hero”. HAWT(af) playlists, we bring HAWT(s).

HAWTBOX

80-90+ DEGREES

The soul of HAWT is based on martial arts. Tae Kwon Do, Karate, BJJ, Krav Maga, etc. Our HAWTBOX class provides authentic uniqueness. No experience needed. No uniform or extra gear. Practice barefoot or wear shoes. This is the only class that does not need a mat. Move around the entire room and work with other students.
